Long-term contract allow us to deliver our products to your doorstep on specified dates preferred by you.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Seller’s delivery dates shall be purely indicative. We have an option to make a long term contract for regular deliveries on the time and date you prefer.
For sales without contract we aim to deliver our products to your doorstep within 1 week if we have stocks. 14-28 working days if we are out of stocks.
Packaging.
The goods are supplied in food-grade bags of 200g, 500g, 1kg, and 5kg. Any other packaging, especially in smaller bags is supplied at additional cost. Pricing is calculated by weight of the product.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking ID number. If you are having trouble locating your package, we are happy to help.
